HUDSON RIVER DAYS… As part of the 2009 Hudson River Quadricentennial Celebration, a flotilla of historic boats pass the house in June. In the top and last photo, the Half Moon is seen from the front porch of the house on the way to celebrations in Hudson. On the way back to Catskill, the Riverkeeper, the Half Moon, and the Governor Cleveland tugboat pass the house again (seen in the background). Celebrations continue for the remainder of the year – especially September.
The charming house is on an acre and a quarter with 640 feet of riverfront, just two hours to NYC, close to Catskill Village, ten minutes to the city of Hudson and Amtrak, and convenient to the NYS Thruway and Taconic Parkway.
